- Ask Yourself What You Want! - Most people stop right here. They write out a few goals, write some affirmations and repeat them daily. That is certainly a positive step in the right direction! Just don’t stop there. Take your answers to this question and move on to Step #2…
- Form a Question which assumes that what you want is already true. - This is the key to creating Afformations that change your life! Our life is a reflection of the subconscious assumptions we make. This step will change your communication with the world inside of you AND the world outside of you! Move on to Step #3…
- Give Yourself to the Question. - The point is not to find “the answer” but to ask better questions! When we do this our mind automatically begins to focus on what we have as opposed to what we don’t have. Our mind starts to search for teh answer and we begin moving in this direction. Now move on to Critical Step #4…
- Take new ACTIONS based on your new assumptions about life! - By focusing on what we have instead of what we lack, positive results naturally follow. If we subconsciously think something won’t work – it won’t. Focusing on what we have builds genuine confidence and motivation to ACT, which in turn builds more confidence.
