Now that we’ve set the stage that You Can Life Your Best Possible Life, let’s talk about how to continue that process.
I recommend a few steps —> beginning with finding a quiet spot where you won’t be interrupted.
- Make a list of everything you enjoy
- Create a list of Goals for your life (physical, spiritual, personal growth, financial, relationships, health, education, recreation, career, volunteer work, etc.)
- Create a “Dream” list. If you could do anything, be anything, live anywhere, etc., what would that look like? Stay open and just write whatever comes to mind for as long as you can, without judgment.
The next step that’s best for you at this point is unique to you.
- Some prefer to let the information sit for a few hours or days, and then come back and look at it.
- Some take this information and immediately narrow it down and prioritize it.
- Some make a visual representation to post in a visible or private area.
- Others will walk away and forget about it, and that’s okay, too. Your timing is unique to you!
Whatever you decide to do, I would encourage taking action right now if this resonates with you. If you have time to read this blog post, take the time to at least jot down some of the thoughts that are coming to your mind right now.
This, in addition to your Life Experiences, will create the foundation of all that is to come. Challenges, problems and all our Life Experiences can bring growth, wisdom and insight to a new level, if we embrace them and seek to learn from them. They are Steps Toward Growth.
