It’s true. I’ve never met Frank Kern, but his personality shines through even in a video that shows only text with his voice. Even the subject line of his most recent email brought a smile -> “SURPRISE 
”
If you don’t know Frank, that may come as a “surprise” to you! <grin> But if you check out his latest free training, you’ll see exactly what I mean. He writes, talks and markets with his personality, which seems to embody “coolness”.
