Quickly evaluate if you should move on to step 2, or cover a new item on your list.
Commit to doing this in 50 minute uninterrupted blocks of time, whenever possible through out your day.
Each day.
Learn something new | Put it into Action | Do it EVERY day.
It doesn’t have to be massive or even seemingly significant.
If you do this – every day – it will create momentum.
