I just read a fantastic blog post by Jenn Lawlor at http://JennLawlor.com.

I’ll preface what I’m about to say by letting you know that Jenn (although I have not met her face to face) is one of my favorite online marketers and people.  I found her a year ago on YouTube and her heart, authenticity, and great content shine through everything she does.
