Hi there, I’m at the blog party and stopping by from Dancing With the Daffodils. Good for you with the dietary passion. I’m often considered odd for my strong beliefs in this area. But the reward is good health. I need to do better – I have seasons where I backslide. Need to get on the exercise heartily.
