With that said, I commented on Keith Baxter’s post on www.AffiliateRadio.com because he wrote about “Gurus and Haters” and although I don’t participate in the “haters” activity I see occasionally on forums, I’m aware of it.

Here’s my comment:

“Great post, Keith – and great comment, Beck!

I notice “hate” on the WF once in a great while when I’m there (not often, btw). Once a thread goes down that path, I leave it.

There’s no space for negativity or hate in my life, because I choose not to let there be. (If we’re seriously working our businesses, there’s no time for it, anyway! =)

There are some amazing teachers out there with good intentions, and I’m thankful you are one of them, Keith. Those are the teachers I follow. I always find value and new perspective in your posts and programs. You’re a good doobie.

I think its important to “Live and Let Live”. Others may choose a path that leads to money without value – others choose both – some choose something altogether different. Every person has their own path – I’m responsible for mine.

Personally, I want to know I’ve made a difference on this planet, but I don’t judge those who don’t feel that way. I keep my “space” very separate from the “haters”. I try not to give any energy to them at all.

I stay focused on what “making a difference” means for me in my business, family, with friends and within my sphere. I choose to hang with people who are much the same. I trust that our energy will spill over and make a difference well beyond the space we occupy.

I hope this doesn’t sound trite – because I’m being sincere. Change starts with me.”

• Because I think Keith is a brilliant and successful Internet Marketer and if you are not familiar with his website/blog it is one that is well worth following.
• Because I sincerely believe we can make a different in our world – and the focus of energy with what where we each personally choose to place our focus.
• Although I do believe it’s important to “Live and Let Live”, that doesn’t mean that I live with blinders on – or ignore situations where my choice to do good can make a difference.
